SIP ON SUMMER
A fun and floral way to celebrate summer time!
REFRESHMENTS:
- The Monarch A transformative blue butterfly pea flower tea with muddled strawberries and a splash of lemon
- Botanical Garden Yuzu and Elderflower Sparkling Tea
- Herb Garden Herbaceous tea blend of parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme, served as a hot tea latte with a salted cold foam
- Tea Globe Your choice from a collection of beautiful Tea Globes, think a hot chocolate bomb but for tea! This is served by the pot and serves up to 3 guests.
SAVORIES:
- Teacup Salad Beet, Radish, Cucumber, Shallot, Feta Crumble, Baby Spinach, and Arugula, dressed with Olive Oil and Suyo Cucumber White Balsamic Vinegar
- Summer Skewer Prosciutto, Mozzarella Balls, Cantaloupe Melon Balls, Microgreens, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze
- Lettuce Cup Chicken Salad with sliced Red Grapes and Roasted Walnuts
- Crostini Toasted Brie and Apple on French Baguette

- Galette Mini Four-Berry Galette
- Tartlet Mini Matcha Mousse Tartlet with Dried Raspberry
