Join our Journey, fueled by Cocoa, to a Cozy and Classic Christmas Experience! Make sure you have your ticket, the Conductor will be checking!

ONE

  • Tinsel Tossed Salad: Roasted broccolini, roasted golden beets, pomegranate seeds, shallots, fried garlic chips, crushed pistachios, shaved parmesan, and a cranberry vinaigrette.
  • Send to Santa: French Macaron with chocolate orange buttercream.
  • Winter “Wine”: Hibiscus chai inspired by spiced mulled wine.

TWO

  • Home for the Holidays: Warm garlic roasted tomato bisque and triple grilled cheese with a spicy butter spread
  • Naughty or Nice: Layered berry trifle cake with angel food cake, mixed berries, and a homemade vanilla bean whip.
  • “S’more Hot Chocolate, Please?”: Hot chocolate tea latte with a toasted marshmallow top and graham cracker sprinkle.

THREE

  • Santa’s Silverbell Steak: Sliced New York strip steak on top of rosemary herbed cauliflower mash.
  • Silent Night: Peppermint mousse and white chocolate ganache mini tart topped with a coconut truffle snowman.
  • Under the Mistletoe: Dealcoholized champagne poured over cranberry orange green tea bubble ice and frozen cranberries with a rosemary garnish – inspired by Christmas morning mimosas.

FOUR

  • Reindeer Pie: Warm homemade mini chicken pot pie.
  • Nutcracker: Mini German chocolate cupcakes garnished with a candied walnut.
  • Gingerbread Brulee: Gingerbread black tea latte with a bruleed sugar drink topper and a mini gingerbread man.
